These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website gabig.store and the purchase of products offered under the GabiG brand.

GabiG is a brand operated by UAB "Vbc baltic".
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies or notices published on our website.
1. Online Store
We operate an online store offering textile home, storage, organisation, gifting, bags, lifestyle products and other related goods under the GabiG brand.
We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue or introduce products at any time.
Product availability may vary and certain products may be produced in limited quantities.
Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee that a particular product will remain available.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- your purchase is lawful in the country to which the order is being delivered.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours and other information are accurate.
However, colours may appear differently depending on screens, lighting and device settings.
For textile products, minor differences in texture, weave, colour tone, pattern placement and dimensions may occur as a natural result of the material or manufacturing process. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Where products are made from patterned or remnant textiles, pattern placement may vary between individual items.
Measurements shown on the website are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Applicable VAT and other taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may depend on the customer's location, status and delivery destination.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges will be shown before the customer completes the order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Products displayed on the website constitute an invitation to place an order and not a binding offer by us.
When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
The sales contract is concluded when we accept the order and confirm that it is being processed or dispatched, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- unavailable products;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
- technical errors;
- delivery restrictions;
- unusually large quantities inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing;
- breach of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method at all times.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping destinations, methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed on the website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For deliveries within Lithuania, the current standard delivery estimate shown by our store is generally 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier and customs procedures.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Risk in the goods passes to the consumer in accordance with applicable law.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, please contact hello@gabig.store before sending the product back.
For ordinary returns of non-defective goods, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law and where this obligation has been properly disclosed.
The customer remains responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The statutory withdrawal right does not apply in certain circumstances provided by law, including certain goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.
9. Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange for another size, colour or model.
For exchanges requested because of a change of preference rather than a defect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and replacement shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.
An exchange request does not limit or remove any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights.
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us promptly at hello@gabig.store.
Please provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs where reasonably relevant.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will first seek to bring the goods into conformity through repair or replacement.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Under EU consumer rules, sellers are responsible for lack of conformity of consumer goods in accordance with applicable law, including the statutory legal guarantee applicable to goods.
11. Refunds
Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will generally be made within the legally required period.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on gabig.store — including images, text, logos, brand name, product designs and other materials — is the property of UAB "Vbc baltic" or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UAB "Vbc baltic" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania.

15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
