Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at gabig.store, operated by UAB "Vbc baltic" (GabiG brand).

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in their original condition;
  • returned in original packaging where possible;
  • sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods which have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return shipment.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@gabig.store with:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photographs where relevant.

We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange for a different size or colour. Please contact us at hello@gabig.store to arrange an exchange.
